Travel questions
What if my flight is delayed?
Tell your coordinator. The schedule has slack built in, and Visit 1 can move to Tuesday without changing the delivery day in most cases.
Can I come with someone?
Yes. Companions are welcome in the waiting area and the private consultation room.
Is one week really enough?
For veneers and smile design, yes: our lab is in the building. Full mouth reconstruction is two weeks. All-on-X is one day plus one week months later.
What if something needs adjusting after I get home?
Small adjustments are covered by the 5-year warranty at any dentist. Anything larger, we bring you back.
